I would like to share my outstanding experience with this eye clinic, which is truly the best I have ever dealt with. I urgently needed an eye exam for the DMV within a maximum of three days, along with prescription glasses based on the results. Unfortunately, my original appointment was scheduled for a week later, which did not meet my deadline. When I arrived at the clinic, I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Mayra. I explained my situation and how I could not wait seven days due to my limited time. What happened next was beyond my expectations—she immediately took action, arranged everything on the spot, and secured me an appointment within just two hours. As promised, I returned after two hours and completed all the examinations in less than an hour. The optometrist was exceptional—professional, understanding, and efficient. She even marked my report as “urgent” to ensure everything would be processed as quickly as possible. Afterward, I was assisted by Stephanie, who, within just a few minutes, helped me choose the perfect glasses, completed the order, and assured me that it would be processed the same day. She also took the extra step of sending an email to expedite my order. Honestly, no matter how much I say, I cannot fully express my appreciation for this clinic and its incredible staff. They truly understand the challenges, time constraints, and pressures that drivers face, and they go above and beyond to support their patients. If I could, I would give them a thousand stars. Their professionalism, efficiency, and trust are simply beyond excellent. Based on this experience, our company has officially decided to adopt this clinic as a trusted medical provider for all our drivers, and we will be referring them regularly for medical examinations. Fantastic Doctors. Love this place! Veronica Chu is the newest addition and a legitimate genius. A BS from MIT and a doctorate from Berkeley, she is also very nice. Only caveat, don't buy glasses from them, don't even think about it! They are going to be 10x more expensive than Zenni's! A pair of progressives cost $122 online and $1220 from the optical store. Don't do it!

Dr. Chu was by far one of the best and here and actively listens to understand your needs and concerns. She is personable and professional. My experience with her exceeds expectations.
