Dr. Phun was born in Vietnam and was raised in Sacramento, California. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, before completing her Doctor of Optometry degree at Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University in Fullerton.
As an optometrist, Dr. Phun is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping patients maintain healthy vision throughout every stage of life. She provides full-scope optometric care, with an emphasis on primary eye care, ocular disease management, and dry eye diseases. She enjoys helping patients find relief through comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans designed to improve both comfort and quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Phun enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, tending to her garden, and crocheting. She appreciates creative outlets and loves learning new skills and hobbies in her free time.
